Features:

• Anti-leaking and anti-wick

The structure of filling nozzle has a particular anti-leaking design. When piston ups, the filling tube is closed and an extra vacuum absorbing system absorb liquids in tube and on surface of nozzle, at same time, a special designed receiving tank automatically moves to area underneath nozzles to prevent material drop to bottle and machine, which effectively keeps bottle and conveyor clean and increases lifetime of machine

• Anti-foaming 

The filling nozzles dive into bottom of bottle and lift up slowly, keeping same distance between liquid level and nozzle to avoid foam. A servomotor is used to control lifting process with adjustable speed.

• High precious dosage

Each nozzle is equipped with individual cylinder to control filling process.The filling volume and speed can be set and adjusted on screen easily with functions of reserve and batch modification.

• Material level controlling

The real-time liquid level of the tank can be viewed through the high precision floating ball. According to the tank liquid level, the feeding valve(pump) automatically open or shut off . When the level is too high or too low, touch screen immediately sends alarm.

• Production data management

The system automatically records production output and display real-time production speed, also count continuous running time. 
The system is menu-controlled, automatic format change via the operators touch panel.
All production data are maintained when power is off, so all the parameters will not lost. 

• The system has a rich interface. 

Besides common serial communication interface, also industrial Ethernet interface and memory card interface. Can easily access to the customer's management network and can record and save the production data.

• Flexibility of nozzles

It ensures correct position between nozzle and bottle mouth, keeping no damage to them by a supporting device instead of fixing them. When nozzle touches bottle mouth, it will be rebounded and an alarm will be sent.
Adopts PLC control, friendly HMI. Easily connected with capping machine.
All parts, contacting filling material are made of high quality stainless steel 316L, nice appearance of machine with long working life, meets GMP standard.
